Today marks the 10 year anniversary of the day I officially started my journey as an entrepreneur. 

There have been many, many highs worth celebrating and many lows I would not have chosen in the moment. 

However, every low, every struggle and every failure comes with lessons and today, 10 years later I look back on this journey and my heart is filled with gratitude for every moment. 

When you listen to today’s episode you’ll feel inspired to take more action to build a business that gives you more time freedom and more control of your ability to earn money.

You’ll learn the biggest lessons I learned and hopefully make a few fewer mistakes than I did.

2014 – 2016 – The Baby Years

I share with you the biggest mindset challenge I had in this time when everything felt new.

We talk about imposter syndrome and how I learned to value my knowledge and build confidence to start selling my services. 

I share the challenges that come with creating inconsistent income and how I navigated that.

You’ll hear about the biggest lies I believed and how I finally discovered the truth.

2016 – 2017 – Reality Hits

Finally, I had some wins. But results were still inconsistent and I felt, at times completely beaten by entrepreneurship. 

Find out what my biggest fear was in this period and how I failed when my biggest fear became a reality.

Hear about the small successes and how vulnerable I was to believe there was something wrong with me that I could not make this work faster. 

2018-2021 – Massive Growth

A period of enormous growth for my business and my revenue. 

I share the choices I made that led to the breakdown and how I learned to set boundaries with clients who were not a good fit for us. 

You’ll hear me share the joys of building a team and the challenges I faced in the process. 

I share my biggest regret when it comes to building my audience and staying in touch with my podcast listeners. 

2022- 2024 – Maturity, Finally!

I share my vision for the future and what the next 10 years of my journey will look like. 

You’ll hear me talk about the difference between loving my life and letting my business be a part of a life I love, and relying on the business to give me the life I want and why I made big changes to shift these two things around.
