The AI Prompt That Mines Your Sales Calls and Surveys for the Exact Words, Objections, and Gaps That Are Quietly Costing You Sales
You already have a secret weapon that could double your sales in your next launch. You just haven't mined it yet. It's sitting in your sales call transcripts, your post-launch surveys, your non-buyer feedback — and today I'm going to show you exactly how to use AI to turn all of it into a better offer. 🚀
In this episode I walk you through the exact prompts I use to analyse sales call data and survey responses, including the ones I ran on my own Ads Foundations feedback that led me to completely rethink how I deliver support. Because the difference between an offer that converts and one that gets crickets almost always comes down to one thing: listening. Not to what you think they need — to what they're actually saying they want.
I'll share the story of the car saleswoman who's still the best salesperson I've ever encountered, why your non-buyers saying “it's the money” isn't the whole story, and what happened when one of my clients realised she was addressing a critical objection in her webinar but nowhere else — and how fixing that one gap moved the needle on sales.
“The better you get at hearing what your audience says, the more you create this feeling for them where they go — finally, someone who understands me.” ✨
🔥 In This Episode:
- Discover the one thing that separates a great sales experience from a terrible one — and how to build it into every offer you make
- Find out why “it's the money” is rarely the real objection (and what to look for underneath it)
- Steal the exact AI prompt that turns sales call transcripts and survey data into a clear, actionable offer improvement plan
- Learn the follow-up prompts that reposition your offer strategically and turn top objections into conversion copy
- See how Salome used this exact process on Ads Foundations — and what the data told her to change
Grab your favourite cuppa, settle in, and let's mine that gold. ☕️

🤖 The AI Prompts
Copy and paste these directly into Claude or ChatGPT along with your sales call transcripts or survey responses.
Main Prompt — Analyse your data:
I'm going to give you [transcripts from sales calls / responses from a buyer survey / responses from a non-buyer survey — describe what you're pasting]. Read through all of it and give me a clear, honest breakdown of what it's telling me about my offer. Specifically:
1. Objections & hesitations — What are the recurring reasons people give for not buying, or for pausing before they buy? Group similar objections together and tell me which ones come up most.
2. Language patterns — What exact words, phrases, or descriptions do people use when talking about their problem or what they want? I want their language, not paraphrased marketing-speak.
3. Gaps — Where does what I'm offering not match what people are actually asking for or expecting?
4. Quick wins — What's one or two things I could change, add, or clarify in my offer that would likely increase sales, based on what you're seeing here?
5. What's already working — What do people respond well to or get excited about? I don't want to accidentally cut something that's actually converting.
Give me this as a summary I can act on, not just a list of observations. If you notice a pattern I haven't asked about that seems important, flag it.
Follow-up Prompt 1 — Reposition the offer:
Based on everything you just found, give me three different ways I could reposition my offer to address what's coming up most. For each option, tell me: what specifically would change (the promise, the price, what's included, who it's for, or how it's described), why that change addresses a pattern you found in the data, and what the trade-off or risk of making that change might be. Don't just tell me to “add more value” — be specific about what to add, remove, or reframe.
Follow-up Prompt 2 — Turn objections into copy:
Take the top 3 objections you identified and, for each one, write me a sentence or short paragraph I could use in my sales page, emails, or sales calls that directly addresses that objection before the person even has to bring it up. Use the same language the customers used, not marketing language.
⚠️ Important: Use the main prompt first, then follow-up prompt 1, then follow-up prompt 2 — in that order. Prompt 1 is strategic (how to reposition your offer). Prompt 2 is tactical (how to execute that strategy in your copy). They build on each other.
